It’s
entirely possible that you haven’t
put the clip in your own gallery.
Simply go to your Video Clips
Gallery and click on the Benchmark
Library Clips button. There
you will see all the clips you
can add to your account. |

I’ve uploaded a video,
but it hasn’t shown up
yet in my gallery. Why? |

It takes approximately 10 minutes
for any uploaded video to appear
in your upload section. Once
it does, simply click on it
to encode it. |

What methods
can I use to upload files? |
|
We provide to
methods for uploading. With FTP,
we provide you with the IP address,
username and password to access
it. The other method is HTTP.

How many
videos can I use in a single layout? |
|
You can use as
many videos as you’d like
in your layout. However, we recommend
that you use a maximum of two
or three videos in your layout. |

How can
I estimate the cost of using your
videos? |

The cost will
vary from video to video. Please

us if you need a proper estimate. |

How can
I publish my own video? |
|
If you’d
like to publish your own video,
first you need to upload them
to your Benchmark Rich Media account.
One the video file has been uploaded
to your account, you can go to
the Publish Video tab and create
a layout to publish your video.

How do
I pay for a video? |
|
You can use our
online secure credit card payment
system to pay for videos. You
can also pay via check if you’d
like to sign up for a year or
more.
